Support Community Fitness

MBS Fitness Initiative delivers structured fitness and mentoring programs for young people, including youth at risk, through schools and community programs. We are raising funds to expand safe, supervised programs that build confidence, discipline, and positive life pathways.

Donations will directly support:

Subsidised youth program participation
School-based fitness and mentoring programs
Holiday programs for vulnerable youth
Equipment and safety resources
Program delivery and supervision

The Community Appreciates Your Support

MBS Fitness Initiative was created to support young people who need structure, guidance, and positive role models in their lives. Through structured boxing, fitness, and mentoring programs, we work with youth in schools and community settings to build confidence, discipline, resilience, and healthy habits.

Over time, we have seen how physical activity and strong mentorship can change the direction of a young person’s life. Many young people face challenges such as disengagement from school, low confidence, behavioural difficulties, or limited access to structured activities. Our programs provide a safe, supportive environment where they can feel included, develop self-belief, and learn valuable life skills.

We deliver programs in schools, community settings, and during school holidays. These sessions focus not only on physical fitness, but also on teamwork, emotional regulation, respect, and personal responsibility. Our goal is to help young people stay connected to education, build healthy routines, and develop positive pathways for the future.
