Youth Boxing Program

MBS Fitness offers a specialised boxing program designed specifically for young individuals, tailored to meet their unique needs and capabilities. Participating in the MBS Fitness program helps participants learn boxing skills, establish healthy habits and fosters a lifestyle centered on physical wellbeing. 

Description

MBS Fitness proudly delivers a dynamic and inclusive Youth Boxing Program. This program is thoughtfully designed to meet the unique needs and abilities of young people aged 10 to 15, providing a safe and empowering space to learn boxing skills, build confidence, strength, and resilience through movement. Boxing gloves and inner gloves provided but feel free to bring your own gloves and wraps.

Class Schedule – School Terms

Mondays: 5:00 PM – 5:40 PM

Fridays: 4:15 PM – 4:55 PM  

 

Held at Bridgewater PCYC, 22–24 Green Point Rd

 

Term Pricing

All fees are calculated for the school term (10 weeks):

​

1 class a week – $140 per term

2 classes a week – $250 per term

Unlimited classes – $350 per term
